Agreement
By using PCC1.shop or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Mandatory consumer rights that apply to you are not excluded by these terms.
Product information
PCC1™ is sold as a dietary supplement, not a medicine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Product and research pages distinguish the finished formula from preclinical research on isolated compounds. Consult an appropriate healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition or take medication.
Orders and payment
Orders depend on availability and successful payment. Stripe processes payments. You confirm that order and payment details are accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method. We may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons such as unavailability, pricing error or suspected fraud, and will return any payment due.
Subscriptions
A subscription renews at the price and interval shown at checkout until cancelled. You may request cancellation at any time through our contact form; cancellation applies to future renewals once confirmed and does not reverse an order already processed, except where the refund policy or applicable law requires otherwise.
Shipping, customs and delivery
We ship from the United Kingdom only to destinations currently supported at checkout. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. The recipient is responsible for customs duties, import taxes and local requirements unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Language availability does not establish delivery eligibility.
Returns and refunds
Eligible purchases are covered by the published 90-day money-back guarantee. Contact us within 90 days of delivery and follow the conditions on the Returns page. We generally do not require the product to be sent back. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit fraudulent information or use its content in a way that infringes another person's rights or applicable law.
Intellectual property
Website text, graphics, logos, photography and software, together with the PCC1™ and 199 Longevity marks, are owned by or licensed to 199 Biotechnologies (SG) Pte. Ltd. and protected by applicable law. No licence is granted except the limited right to use the shop for its intended purpose.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the website or product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including mandatory consumer protections.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Singapore law. Singapore courts have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory right you have to bring a claim in another forum under applicable consumer law.
